Real EstateEastCoastSales listings for real estate can be either for Private Sales, or be extra advertising for properties listed with Licenced Real Estate Agents. Any listing can have a link to other Real Estate websites that the property is listed on. We offer a way to increase the exposure of your property. EastCoastSales listings offer an extra chance to capture a buyer from a different market, and point them directly to your Real Estate Agent.
As mentioned on the previous page, we offer two options for advertising through EastCoastSales - WITH an eBay Listing, or WITHOUT an eBay Listing. These 2 options are detailed below. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
1a) Insertion Fees$75.00This offers the seller a full page with information and photos on the EastCoastSales website (for up to 6 months) AND a 1 month listing on eBay 1b) Feature Upgrade Fees$25.00This offers the seller an additional slideshow of photos on the EastCoastSales website with scrolling banners (for up to 6 months) AND an upgraded eBay listing. 1c) Additional eBay Listings$25.00This offers the seller an additional listing on eBay partway through the sales campaign to point people to the full listing on the EastCoastSales website. 1d) Final Value Fees$0.00EastCoastSales do not charge a Final Value Fee for Real Estate sales.
